The CEA BOX Self Bunded Tank range is a comprehensive range of smaller capacity self bunded tanks designed for the transport and storage, dispensing, metering and filtration of Diesel, Petrol, Lubricants and Waste Oil.  This economical yet robust range of Self Bunded Tanks are fully baffled, and feature fully certified crane lifting lugs, rated to lift tanks up to 6600L, full of product.

• Self Bunded Tank with UN31A/Y approval for the transport of Dangerous Goods by Road, Rail and Sea, Packaging Groups II & III up to and including 3300L model

LIFTING CERTIFICATION

• The full range up to and including the 6600L model (BOX-6.6) has been engineered, tested and certified to be lifted full of fuel.

FOUR WAY FORKLIFT POCKETS

• The CEA Box Self Bunded Tank range has been designed with 4 x way forklift pockets to allow for easy lifting, loading and transport within your operation
  

MULTIPLE OUTLETS AND INLETS 

• The CEA BOX has been designed to be able to be retrofitted with a huge array of dispensing, filtration, electronic fluids management and automatic tank gauging equipment.  Each tank is supplied with the following ports:
  

• 1 x 25mm (1”) Suction Spear
  
• 2 x 12.7mm (1/2”) Suction Spear
  
• 3 x 40mm (1 1/2”) Return Point
  
• 1 x Spare 80mm (3”) Socket
  
• 4 x Spare 50mm (2”) Socket Top of Tank
  
• 50mm (2”) Fill Point - Splash Fill Only
  
• Additional 50mm (2”) hose entry and exit sockets on top of tank.
  

SIZE RANGE 

• The CEA BOX Self Bunded Tank range are available in a range of capacities, ideal for transportation by either truck or shipping container and suit most hydrocarbons storage and transport requirements.  Sizes include 250L | 600L | 1,100L | 2,250L | 3,300L | 4,500L | 5,500L | 6,600L | 8,800L | 11,000L

STANDARDS

• Our design meets strict quality standards, are PPG2 compliant and EU approved. Designed and approved to AS1692, AS1940-2017, UL142, ULC-S601, ULC-S603, BS799, UN31AY

LOCKABLE BUND 

• All connections and hoses are housed and can be locked within the bund, even in use!

COLOUR

• Colour is AS2700 "Colour Standards for General Purposes" N14 White

STACKING

• Can be stacked 3 high when empty and 2 high when full.

EXTRA PROTECTION

• 6,600L (BOX-6.6), 8,800L (BOX-8.8) and 11,000L (BOX-11) models are supplied with Overfill Protection Valve/Anti-Syphon Valve and Overfill Alarm Unit.

BAFFLED

• Fully Baffled - designed and approved to move with liquid in the tank.
